Millennium Way: Passionate, Curious, Caring, & Dependable.
For Q3 2025, we are thrilled to recognize Ben Domina, Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis, for embodying our core value of Curious.
Ben’s dedication to asking questions, problem-solving, and continuous learning makes him invaluable within our Finance department and across the entire organization. His colleagues consistently praise his thoughtful questions and genuine interest in learning the business beyond his direct role, noting that his curiosity is a true superpower that elevates the whole team.
His consistent line of questioning and passion for finding solutions has resulted in measurable, positive impacts that strengthen our core processes. For his unwavering commitment to learning, accountability, and organizational growth, Ben Domina is truly “1 in a MIL.”
Let’s Hear What His Manager, Will Haggith, Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, Has to Say:
I’m thrilled to recognize Ben as our 1 in a MIL winner for being Curious. Ben consistently exemplifies what it means to live all our core values, but what stands out most about Ben is his genuine curiosity, and his open mind. He has an unwaveringly positive attitude and willingness to help others, no matter what the situation. He consistently applies his desire to learn and understand to ensure he’s helping others get to the right answer. Whether he’s tackling a new challenge, assisting another Millennium employee across every function, or diving into unfamiliar territory, Ben does so with enthusiasm and an open mind.
His approachable demeanor and genuine care for the people around him make him someone people naturally turn to for support and collaboration. Ben doesn’t just complete tasks; he looks for ways to make processes better, teams stronger, and outcomes more successful. His curiosity drives continuous improvement, his dependability builds trust across the organization, and his positivity inspires everyone he works with.
Ben is a shining example of what it means to be “1 in a MIL,” and we’re grateful to have him as part of the Millennium team.
We asked Ben several questions to learn more about his experience working for Millennium and what his passions are outside of work.
What brought you to Millennium?
When I was brought into the organization, Millennium did not have an established FP&A department. The idea of building from the ground up and putting my ‘stamp’ excited me.
Tell us about an accomplishment that you’re proud of:
From a personal standpoint – I went from dropping out of the first College I attended to ultimately receiving a Masters degree down the road. I learned from my early mistakes and continued to push myself to reach my goals.
From a professional standpoint – one of my earlier accomplishments here was working with our Payroll team to help simplify our commission process. We continue to learn and make enhancements, but we ultimately went from having over 70 NetSuite reports down to 3.
What’s a goal you have for yourself that you want to accomplish in the next year?
It may sound vague, but to continue improving our overall efficiency in FP&A and Finance as a whole. I feel like we are starting to really find our groove, but it will be important to take a step back and ensure we have concrete processes, procedures, SOPs, etc. as we continue to grow in the future.
What are you happiest doing when you’re not working?
Spending time with my family. My kids are at an age where they both really keep me on my toes. I love coaching my sons soccer, working on what ever art project with my daughter, and just being engaged with them as they grow up.
What is a cause that you care about?
1 – ensuring kids receive the proper help they need. Clothing, education, food, role models, you name it. Generally, you’ll see me using my community time to help in this area whenever I can.
2 – Maybe it’s because I’m a numbers guy, but I’m very passionate about teaching everyone the basics about personal finance. Small lessons can go such a long way to ensure individuals have the ability to live a comfortable life and retirement down the road.
A Message From Ben:
I appreciate the recognition. It truly means a lot to me. I’ll pass a message on that I try and remind me kids as much as possible.
“You can do hard things.”
Congratulations, Ben!
Your hard work and curious spirit make Millennium a truly great place to work. Thank you — You’re “One in a MIL,” Ben!
