James Kyle is the Founder and CEO of the Millennium Group of companies, including Millennium, Millennium Leasing, Millennium Geospatial, and Kyle Holdings. Since 2004, he has led the company’s long-term vision, culture, and investment strategy, building a network of warehouses and services that help clients plan, finance, and build communications networks. Under his leadership, Millennium has earned the MMAC Future 50 three times, appeared on the Inc. 5000 eight times, and made the Inc. Entrepreneur 360 list. He is active in Vistage, PCCA, and WISPA, and supports charitable causes focused on removing barriers for communities in need.
Nate brings financial discipline and sales leadership that has helped drive Millennium’s consistent growth for years. His strategic direction has helped expand Millennium’s distribution network significantly, while improving operational efficiency and strengthening the client experience. He continues to champion Millennium’s client-first mindset and market growth.
Jim leads Millennium’s revenue-generating activities with more than 20 years of experience in technology and telecommunications. His background spans strategy, sales, marketing, and operations at companies including Red Hat, U.S. Cellular, and AT&T. He is deeply committed to trusted-advisor relationships and long-term client success, with a particular passion for the role broadband plays in connecting communities.
Noreen brings more than 30 years of finance leadership experience, with a background in strategic planning, operational excellence, business development, leasing, engineering, and distribution businesses. At Millennium, she helps optimize financial operations and supports the company’s long-term growth with a focus on continuous improvement and disciplined execution.
Kevin brings more than 30 years of industry experience, beginning in the United States Air Force and extending across telecom construction, operations, sales, and leadership. He leads engineering and strategic solutions with a deep appreciation for how network technology continues to evolve and impact every part of the industry.
With more than 20 years of strategic marketing experience, Trish leads initiatives that strengthen Millennium’s brand, sharpen its market differentiation, and drive measurable growth. She is known for building high-performing teams, turning insights into action, and elevating brand awareness and lead generation.
Carlos brings over two decades of global operations and supply chain leadership. His experience spans international sourcing, inventory management, and advanced supply chain technologies, helping Millennium improve order fill rates, reduce costs, and deliver stronger service and value for clients.
Heather combines legal insight with business acumen to navigate complex partnerships with clarity and confidence. She focuses on strategic alignment, risk-aware decision-making, and building relationships that help customers move faster and deliver stronger outcomes.
