Copper Clad Steel (CCS) Tracer Wire is a solid steel core conductor with a concentrically clad copper coating and insulated with a high molecular weight polyethylene (HMWPE). The copper cladding measures 3% of the conductor diameter and has a total conductivity of IACS. This product is manufactured according to UL constructions in 30 V, 600 V and 1 kV versions and is suitable for use at a maximum continuous operating temperature of 75°C in wet and dry locations. Standard spool lengths include 500 and 2500 feet.
