The SnakePit® Access Point is an at-grade tracer wire termination and grounding station that provides a direct connection point for a utility locate transmitter to hook to a tracer wire system. The Concrete/Driveway style is designed for low-traffic roads and driveway applications and features a 2" cast iron collar, a two-terminal switchable lid that allows locators to switch ground on/off from the top of the lid (no need to remove the lid), encapsulated magnet for detection, anti-corrosion gel to protect connections, and a locking cover to protect against tampering. The CD14*2T-SW designation refers to the Concrete/Driveway two-terminal switchable lid product family ("*" = color).
