The MaxTester 730D (MAX-730D) is a PON/metro OTDR optimized to test through optical splitters up to 1×128 for end-to-end FTTH characterization and troubleshooting. It features a tablet-inspired rugged design with a 7-inch outdoor-enhanced touchscreen, up to 12-hour battery autonomy, dynamic range up to 39 dB (up to 132 km P2P), short dead zones (EDZ 0.5 m, ADZ 2.2 m, PON dead zone 30 m) and 1650 nm out-of-band live testing capability with optional inline GPON/XGS-PON power meter.
