Specifically designed for use on Manhole Cover Bolts, this wrench has a pentagonal socket at one end fits over the head of our manhole cover bolts, and a 3/4 in. (19 mm) hole at the other for use with a rod or hook-end spinning wrench. It s made of heat-treated steel with a zinc-plated finish.
