Pro-Trace HF-CCS tracer wire is used to conductively locate buried utility lines. The conductor is High-Flex Copper-Clad Steel (HF-CCS) providing signal strength and higher break load than copper while retaining flexibility and"memory" of copper. Insulation is High-Density, High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (HDPE) available in 30 mil (PE30) or 45 mil (PE45). Rated for direct burial and used in open-trench, plow-in, blow-in installations.
