The EXFO FIP-435B (part of the FIP-400B Wireless series) is a wireless automated fiber inspection probe that turns a smartphone/tablet into a fully automated inspection tool. It performs automatic image centering, automatic focus adjustment and optimization, automatic capture and automatic pass/fail analysis (per IEC/IPC or custom standards) and saves results and reports via the ConnectorMax2 mobile app. The APC kit/configuration (distributor SKU FIP-435B-APC-PROBEPOUCH) includes APC tips (2.5 mm universal patchcord tip, SC/APC bulkhead tip), cable & power accessories, a plastic tip case and a soft probe pouch.
