Millennium Way: Passionate, Curious, Caring, & Dependable.

The search for our Q4 2025 “1 in a MIL” winner, focused on the core value of Dependable, led us straight to Rhiannon Terpstra, Business Operations Manager. Rhiannon’s commitment to being available, responsive, and taking full ownership of her work ensures that our fulfillment operations run smoothly and effectively every single day.

Team members noted that Rhiannon consistently demonstrates an unwavering commitment, frequently traveling to various locations for audits, technology integration, or even covering essential warehouse functions to keep markets operational. She is quick to respond, even when she should be relaxing—a testament to her dedication! As one teammate put it, she is “always making it a priority to be there for any and everyone when needed.”

For her consistent reliability, positive attitude, and exceptional dedication to operational excellence and team support, Rhiannon is truly “1 in a MIL.”

Let’s Hear What Her Manager, Todd Wrobbel, Director of Operations, Has to Say:

I’m proud to recognize Rhiannon Terpstra as our 1 in a MIL winner this quarter. Rhi has devoted her career at Millennium to diligently digging into the details, grabbing her bootstraps, and creating solutions to everyday issues. All in the name of efficiency and the client experience. Her role is one of many behind-the-scenes heroes who keep our systems integrated, our teams connected, and operating with little to no delay. Her intuition about the direction of the business leads her down paths that result in new advancements for our processes, procedures, equipment, and, most importantly, the growth of our people.

On behalf of Millennium, our employees and our clients. Thank you, Rhi, for working the long hours, remaining dedicated, and for making S#!t happen!

We asked Rhi several questions to learn more about her experience working for Millennium and what her passions are outside of work.

What brought you to Millennium?

Millennium stood out in the community as an opportunity. Though I started in a different role, Millennium’s willingness for personal & professional growth has led me to a job I enjoy. There is always more to learn to help improve processes, not only for ourselves but also for our clients.

Tell us about an accomplishment that you’re proud of:

What the fulfillment team has done in the past 5 years. In 2020, Millennium’s internal audit score was 79.27% and would take days to count. This year it was 99.76% and would only take hours. This leap in efficiency and accuracy is something I am incredibly proud of.

What’s a goal you have for yourself that you want to accomplish in the next year?

My goal is to make sure Operations data is set up to help other departments’ technology goals become attainable and to keep Operations processes running smoothly.

What are you happiest doing when you’re not working?

Being with my family and learning new things.

What is a cause that you care about?

Days for Girls International, a global nonprofit working to eliminate the stigma and limitations associated with menstruation.

A Message From Rhi:

Great job everyone this year! I look forward to the coming growth in 2026. There is going to be some stumbles & swearing, but by 2027 we will hopefully be a more congruent Millennium.

Congratulations, Rhi!

Your dedication, ownership, and commitment to making our operations run seamlessly set a phenomenal standard for the entire company. Thank you for your tireless efforts—You are truly “One in a MIL,” Rhi!
