The SnakePit® Lite Duty Two-Terminal Switchable Lid Access Point (LD14R2T-SW) is an at-grade tracer wire access/termination point designed for light-duty and off-roadway applications. The two-terminal switchable lid provides direct connection points for a utility locate transmitter and a ground rod, and includes a top-mounted ground switch so locate operators can isolate sections of tracer wire without removing the lid. The product includes anti-corrosion gel for wire protection, a locking cover to deter tampering, and an encapsulated magnet to allow detection with ferrous metal detectors. Lids are color-coded to meet APWA standards. This part is part of Copperhead Industries' SnakePit® product family for tracer wire locating systems.
