Pro-Trace HF-CCS PE30/PE45 tracer wire features a solid conductor core made of High-Flex Copper-Clad Steel (HF-CCS). This conductor material offers the signal strength, flexibility, and memory of solid copper, while also being stronger and more cost-effective. The insulation is available in 30 mil or 45 mil High-Density, High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (HDHMWPE). This tracer wire is rated for direct burial and is commonly used in Open-Trench/Open-Cut, Plow-In, or Blow-In installations.
