The winter formulation stays fluid and keeps dispensing at low ambient temperatures, where standard lube thickens and either stops metering or leaves the duct wall dry. Reducing friction between the fiber optic cable jacket and the duct wall is what extends blow distance and keeps pulling tension inside the cable's rated limit.
