The Channell Commercial Handhole Setup Charge (Millennium part 528280) covers the one-time tooling and setup cost to add a custom logo disk to a Channell handhole cover, letting utilities and network operators brand their below-grade access points for easy field identification. It applies when ordering a custom logo variant rather than a standard blank or stock-logo cover. Millennium coordinates the logo art and setup with Channell on the customer's behalf. Order it alongside the handhole assembly and logo disk accessory it applies to.
