The AFL Apex Inner Basket Kit (vendor part AX-KIT-SBASKET-2, Millennium part 522492) is a plastic slack storage basket that organizes ribbon and loose tube fiber slack inside an Apex splice closure. An optional segmented insert keeps ribbon and loose tube slack separated so splicers can manage bend radius cleanly, and it pairs with the basket cover for a finished install. Splicing crews use it to keep closures tidy and future re-entries fast. Millennium stocks it alongside Apex splice closures, cable entry kits and bulkhead kits for the same platform.
