The Allied Bolt Square Washer (vendor part 11501, Millennium part 527427) is a 2 in x 2 in, 1/8 in thick AISI 1018 steel washer sized for 5/8 in bolts used in guy wire, anchor and pole line hardware assemblies. Hot-dip galvanized per ASTM A153, it holds up to years of outdoor exposure on aerial construction. The square shape distributes load across wood pole surfaces, reducing the risk of the washer pulling through under tension. Millennium also stocks the 2-1/4 in version for 5/8 in bolts and other square washer sizes for the same pole hardware jobs.
