The GMP Tools Seal Cord (part 89147, Millennium part 526639) is a 3.0 mm diameter cord supplied in a 10 ft length that techs cut to size to build or repair custom cable seals on GMP blower inserts. Cable placing crews use it when a duct or cable size falls between stock seal sizes, trimming the cord to fit and maintain a tight seal during jetting. Keeping a length on the truck avoids downtime waiting on an exact-size factory seal. Stock it with cable blower inserts, duct seals and proofing kits for the same blower platform.
